Check Out Your Booty To Know Which Shape Is Healthy And Good!

We all know that our two butts are created equally and it's not surprising that we don't have same butts.
To knowing that which one shaped butts you have that will help you for setting goals and developing a plan to achieve the suitable butt for health.

What's the Reason for Different Types of Butt Shapes?

Do you know? that our skeletal structure determines the main framework for our body shape, and the overall shape that we end up with is determined by the distribution of fat and muscle on top of our skeleton. For the butts, the main factor which causes the particular shape of the buttocks is our pelvis, followed by our fat distribution which is largely genetically determined. Usually, for most people who don't do specific glute training, muscle doesn't contribute a lot to butt shape as the glutes are generally underdeveloped in most people.

Males and females obviously have very different butt shapes, but here we'll focus mainly on the different types of female butt shapes.

There are 4 Different Types of Butt Shapes for Women recognized by Most of Plastic Surgeons:
  • Square – “H” shape
  • Round – “C” or “O” shape
  • Heart/pear – “A” shape
  • Inverted – “V” shape

- Square “H” Shape:

This square H-shape is caused by either higher more prominent hip bones, or a distribution of fat in the love handle area. Overall effect is that the butt looks square shaped and is closer to appearing as a straight up-and-down right below your waist, rather than tapering to the waist with a smooth curve.

- Round “O” Shape:

The round or 'O' shaped butt means there is more fat storage in the upper parts of your glutes. Amazingly, this gives the butts a perky appearance, so its pretty easy to get that curved shape with a few glute-strengthening moves.

- Heart or “A” Shape:

The "heart, or A" shape is usually considered to be the best feminine of the butt/bum shapes, and is a result of fat distribution around lower portion of the butt and thighs. This results in a more tapered look from the waistline to the bottom of the butt/bum.

Around the butt and thighs fat storage, in women is caused primarily by the hormone Estrogen. Unfortunately Estrogen levels can decrease as we age, which can lead to fat being stored around the abdomen and midsection instead of the butt/bum.

- "V" Shape For Very Low Estrogen:

We can see the "V" shape more commonly in older women as lower estrogen levels result in the shift of fat storage from the butt to the midsection. This can result in an inverted "V" shape where the base of the butt/bum is less full than the top of the butt/bum.

Now you can check yourself that which one shape you have and please do not worry about your current shape if its not perfect.
