10 Unsolved Haunted Mysteries of The Bermuda Triangle!




We may heard about Eastern Island, Nazca Lines, Gobekli Tepe or more, But except these a mysterious place blowing everyone’s minds and that is "The Bermuda Triangle" also known as the Devil's Triangle. An invisible demon (Bermuda Triangle) here has taken many lives and left no signs of them. Bermuda Triangle’s haunting expanse of ocean can be found in the western part of the North Atlantic Ocean (between the points of Miami, Bermuda, and Puerto Rico). Researchers and scientists still do not have any clue about the mysterious thing that has made it such a strange and fatal phenomena on earth.

In 1964, Vincent Gaddis named writer published an article and very first time he mentioned about The Bermuda Triangle in Argosy magazine. After that it has become the most highly studied and enigmatic phenomena on the Earth. Over the years, a large number of ships and planes mysteriously disappeared in the region of Bermuda Triangle. Bermuda Triangle has created an aura that is secretive, haunting, and thrilling. Whoever passed over this devil’s triangle that swallowed up almost everything.

#1. Uss Cyclops




For a long time “The Bermuda Triangle” infamous for disappearances of anything that passed near it. The Uss Cyclops, a massive ship’s incident happened around in March 1918, ship with around 309 crew members in it set out to sail through the Bermuda triangle. The Uss Cyclops’s one of crew member sent a message informing the status of everyone in the ship, and that was the last message from them of their presence. After that, the ship with all the crew members disappeared. 

The ship was never found again and no remains of any crew members have ever been seen, even after the entire search of the area. The whole scenario continues to remain an unsolved mysterious disappearance that the “Bermuda triangle” has ever witnessed.


#2. Mary Celeste 


On 4th December, 1872, Mary Celeste named ship was discovered marooned unscratched and without any sign of its crew in the sea. There were barrels of alcohol that were being transported from the mary celeste ship and also other belongings of the crew. Lots of conjectures suspect about pirate attacks on the mary celeste ship. Some even say that the company lost its stability due to infected food they had on the ship. These are all just doubts; there is no firm evidence of any of these. It’s a big unsolved mysterious mystery till now.

#3. Ellen Austin
In 1881, the “Ellen Austin” ship was all ready for New York and on its way it got falter losing all its crew. Some people were gossiping about reappearance of “Ellen Austin” but disappearance of Ellen Austin, its reappearance and the absence of the crew is the mysterious story. They searched a lot but they did not find anything from the ship and It’s one of many secrets of the area.

#4. Flight 19, 1945 


Time by time Bermuda Triangle is becoming mysterious spot on earth. In the list next disappearance is Flight 19. It is one the most well-known Bermuda Triangle incidents. “Flight 19” was the name given to five TBM Avenger Torpedo Bombers that disappeared over the Bermuda Triangle on 5th December, 1945. Without any search, all 14 men on the flight disappeared. Later a Martin Mariner Flying boat with 13 men was sent to search them out, but it also disappeared like others and never found again.

#5. Carroll A. Deering 


Carroll A. Deering was known as Ghost-ship after it’s mysterious disappearance in Bermuda Triangle. It was a five-masted commercial schooner that was found run marooned off Cape Hatteras, North Carolina in 1921. Deering’s crew was missing and claimed to be the victim of Bermuda Triangle. It was one of the most written-about maritime mysteries in history. Deering was not the only disappearance; there were 9 more ships those who were lost in the Bermuda region. None of these vessels have ever been seen again.

#6. Witchcraft
 


A cabin Cruiser named Witchcraft left from Miami with Captain Dan Burrack on 22 December of 1967. After few minutes of sailing, the witchcraft ship hit something but fortunately there was no hefty damage to the ship. After some time, a call received from the captain for help. Within 20 minutes, coast guard reached there, and he found nothing over there. There was no sign of the ‘Witchcraft’. The most haunting fact about the ship was that witchcraft was unsinkable, and there were many life-saving devices available on it. Who knows what happened then? No one knows.

#7. Tudor Star Tiger Read 



On January 30, 1948, “Tudor Star Tiger Read” named plane with 25 passengers left from Santa Maria. Just before the time it was reaching Bermuda region, the radio operator received co-ordinates of the aircraft. The radio operator was then unable to regain the signals from the aircraft. The flight was unavailable through radio contact and there were no signals. 26 aircrafts were set into action to search out the plane till 5 days, but as other search operations all efforts were worthless for this too. Tudor Star Tiger was never found again and became one of the mysterious stories of Bermuda Triangle. Before this incident, there were ships which were mysteriously disappearing from Bermuda Triangle and then this was aircraft.

#8. Flight DC-3 



On December 28, 1948 a Douglas Dakota DC-3 named airplane took off from Puerto Rico for Miami (Florida). The flight sent the radio call to indicate its current position when it was around 60 miles away from the airport. On Douglas airplane there were 26 people and just after 20 minutes of take-off the flight disappeared with no signs left of any of it’s passengers. It became the first Douglas Dakota DC-3 aircraft to go missing in Florida. After that, two more cases happened at the same spot. Scientists and researchers were confused about the disappearances from “Bermuda Triangle”.

#9. Flight 441 


On October 30, 1954, the flight 441 took off from the Patuxent River Naval Air Station bound for Lajes in Azores. There were 42 passengers on the board. The last transmission was received around 11:30 pm which was a regular report informing its location. That time the aircraft was about 400-450 miles off the coast. After that, Flight 441 simply vanished.

#10. Piper Jets 



On 20th June 2005, a Piper PA- 23 named jet vanished between Treasure Cay, Bahamas and Ft Pierce, Florida with 03 people on the board. It is one of the recent disappearances on the Bermuda triangle. It is still an unsolved mystery.
We can find a list of Ships and airplanes that went missing, from which no one has heard from again, without any explanation, vanished, all of them in the mysterious “Bermuda Triangle”.
